Elaine helps clients reduce the stress in their body, mind, and spirit using her knowledge of therapeutic massage, Energy Balance, Reiki, and CranioSacral Therapy. Clients that benefit from her work include people who are in pain from everyday activity or from car accidents, people who feel like they are in a rut they want to get out of, people who feel stressed, and people who just want to spend some time being pampered.
Elaine finished her initial massage training in Washington State in 1997 and has been licensed and practicing in Hillsboro since 1998. She loves to expand her knowledge and has continued her education in many intuitive healing practices such as Touch for Health Kinesiology, Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy, Bach Flower Essence training, and Aromatherapy. Many clients enjoy her techniques with Hot Stone Massage and some unique techniques such as Myo-Polarity. Elaine loves to help her clients shift into a new, less stressful, way of looking at life when they come to her for massage or Energy Balance.
Her knowledge of Reiki and energy work has led her to be a leader of these subjects in the Hillsboro area. She leads a Reiki healing circle which meets 1st Thursday evenings every month at the Center. She teaches Reiki, Energy Balance, Stone Grid workshops, and several other subjects. She has published Reiki Notebook, a complete system for learning and journaling your Reiki training. She also hosts stonegrids.com, a web site dedicated to teaching people about stone grid healing energy.
